Chiedu Ndubisi is a Nigerian author, economist, and public policy analyst whose novels confront power, corruption, survival, and memory across Africa. From the shadowy oil corridors in Barrels Across Borders to the haunting plantations of Chains Beneath the Cocoa Trees, his work weaves justice, resistance, and storytelling into powerful literary thrillers.
When he is not writing, Chiedu Ndubisi is engaged in providing transaction advisory services, policy analysis, and strategic consulting in public-private partnerships (PPP) and infrastructure development as the Managing Director/CEO of Prohouse and Systems Limited and the founder of GritRoot Media Concept.
A recognized authority on infrastructure finance and PPP reform, Dr. Chiedu Ndubisi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, a Masters of Business Administration degree, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Policy Analysis. With experience in public policy, regulatory oversight, project structuring, and development finance spanning over 40 years post-graduation, Chiedu retired as a Director in the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission, one of Nigeria's foremost regulatory agencies.
